4.3 General Bonus Rules
Bonuses are never equivalent to direct cash. Bonus amounts cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirement is met. While one bonus is active, another bonus cannot be used at the same time unless the specific promotion's terms allow it.

General Betting Rules
5.1 Bet Confirmation
Once a bet is confirmed it cannot be cancelled, unless declared void under specific circumstances determined by melbet partner. It is the user's responsibility to verify all information before placing a bet.
5.2 Odds Changes
If odds change after a bet is confirmed, the outcome will be settled at the odds in place at the time the bet was placed. However, for live betting or in-play bets, melbet partner reserves the right to void a bet where incorrect odds were displayed due to a technical error.
5.3 Cancelled or Postponed Matches
If a sporting event is cancelled or not completed within a specified time frame, the related bet will be considered void and the stake will be returned to the balance, unless separate rules apply for the specific sport.
5.4 Multi Bet
For a multi bet or combined bet with multiple selections, all selections must be correct to win. If any one selection is wrong, the entire bet is considered lost.
5.5 Casino Games
The outcomes of slots, live casino, baccarat, roulette and other casino games are determined entirely by a random number generator (RNG) or a live dealer. Each game has its own rules, and it is each player's responsibility to read them before playing.
Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited. If detected, the account may be closed, the balance seized and legal action taken where necessary:
- Creating multiple accounts to abuse bonuses and promotions
- Attempting to exploit the system through artificial or coordinated betting (arbitrage betting)
- Depositing or withdrawing third-party funds through the account
- Using funds from illegal sources or attempting money laundering

The melbet partner VIP program has three tiers: Bronze, Silver and Gold. Each tier provides a weekly cashback benefit.
7.1 Cashback Rates
- Bronze: cashback of up to 0.3% of the week's net losses
- Silver: cashback of up to 0.7% of the week's net losses
- Gold: cashback of up to 1.0% of the week's net losses
7.2 Cashback Calculation
Weekly cashback is calculated on net losses — that is, cashback is paid at the applicable rate on the amount remaining after total winnings are deducted from total losses for the week. For example, a Silver tier member with net losses of ৳20,000 in a week would receive ৳20,000 × 0.7% = ৳140 cashback.
7.3 Tier Changes
Advancement in VIP tier depends on overall activity and participation on the platform. Although melbet partner does not set specific turnover thresholds, regular and active players have the opportunity to move up to a higher tier.
